Children:	Joshua - Works and lives in Central Iowa. Kristina - Currently living and working and attending DMACC in Central Iowa and the mother of 2 little girls Lilith and Shyanne. Wrigley - a labradoodle living at home.

Jimmy grew up singing solo’s and in church groups and attending every southern gospel concert that came to the area. He grew up on the Blackwood brothers, the Statesman and the Happy Goodman family. He was saved at the age of 12 at an Imperials concert when he prayed with Armond Morales & Sherman Andrus.

After Graduation Jimmy spent several years as an air personality in Radio. Jimmy is now a Marketing Consultant for DexOne.

Jimmy has sung with several different quartets over the years including several years singing with Brian Christian, now with HHQ, and loves this kind of ministry.

Jimmy lives by Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ which strengthen me.” Thanks to his parents Dick & Lois Smith and his grandmother Alice Chamberlain who helped raise him he knows this verse to be fact!

Jimmy looks forward to spending time singing with J.D., Jim and Brian and spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ through the songs and ministry of Headin’ Home Quartet.
